Let’s Work Together
Package A
Our partners provide C2C a completed and signed Fannie Mae Form 1003 (Application).
Our partners will disclose the file and verify that the disclosures are signed.
Our partners will run AUS on file.
Our partners will lock loan and provide the lock terms to C2C.
Our partners will provide Earnest Money Agreement and Purchase Agreement if applicable.
Our partners will provide Credit report.
Our partners will provide all necessary documents from borrower including but not limited to:
- Two most recent W2’s
- Two most recent tax returns if applicable
- Most recent paystubs the last 30 days no gaps
- Two most recent bank statements no gaps
- Copy of borrower driver license
- Copy of Homeowners Insurance
- Homeowners Association if applicable
- Most recent Mortgage Statement if applicable
- Additional items may be necessary
C2C will review the file and submit the file to Underwriting.
C2C will order all 3rd party items.
C2C receives the file back from Underwriting with an Approval
C2C will email a list of items needed to our partners and borrower.
C2C will resubmit file back to Underwriting for Final Approval and will follow the file through Disbursement.
Our partners will be responsible for the Initial CD to be signed.
Our partners will schedule the closing.
Package B
C2C receives the completed and signed Fannie Mae Form 1003. (Application)
C2C will run AUS on file.
C2C will disclose the initial disclosures within 24 hours to the borrower, and verify that disclosures are signed.
C2C will pre-underwrite the file.
C2C will request the initial documents needed from the borrower including but not limited to:
- Two most recent W2’s
- Two most recent tax returns if applicable
- Most recent paystubs the last 30 days no gaps
- Two most recent bank statements no gaps
- Copy of borrower driver license
- Copy of Homeowners Insurance
- Homeowners Association if applicable
- Most recent Mortgage Statement if applicable
C2C will order all 3rd party items.
C2C will submit the file to Underwriting.
C2C receives the file back from Underwriting with an Approval.
C2C will email the borrower with any additional items needed.
C2C will resubmit the file back to Underwriting for Final Approval and will follow the file through Disbursement.
C2C will submit Initial CD to borrowers for signature.
C2C will coordinate closing with title or closing attorney.
